Business Sponsorship Opportunities Now Available for 2025 Pataskala Farmers Market
Pataskala Farmers Market 2025
Business Sponsorship Opportunities
It is the Market Committee’s intent to provide an outlet for local brick and mortar businesses to self-promote within the community. We host an average of 400 people per week, and over 5,000 people per season offering a variety of local and Ohio grown fresh produce, meats, cheeses, cottage foods, handmade crafts, bath/body/home care, and kid-preneur booths. As Market popularity increases, we seek additional community support to enable us to expand programming, entertainment, and special market promotions. Local businesses who do not meet the Pataskala Farmers Market guidelines have the opportunity to sponsor the Market in several different ways. Please consider becoming a sponsor of the Pataskala Farmers Market.

Promotion for Your Business (varies by sponsorship level)
-
Logo - Logos must be submitted by May 1, 2025 in order to guarantee inclusion on banners, and yard signs
-
Banner - Banners and signs (4' x 6' recommended) advertising their business may be displayed Friday through Friday of their week in the Market space with approval of the Market Manager. It is the Business Sponsor's responsibility to have this banner to the Market Manager on the Friday prior to your Market day by 6:45 pm. For example, if you are the Business Sponsor for the May 30 Market, your banner would need to be given to the Market Manager by May 23 for display May 23 through May 30.
-
Business Card - You may bring your business card(s) to the first Market for display throughout the season
-
Bio - Your business bio, logo, and any picture you want posted with the featured post must be submitted to PataskalaFarmersMarket@gmail.com the Friday prior to your Market date. For example, if you are the Sponsor for the May 30 Market, your bio would need to be emailed by May 23.
All Sponsors are encouraged to invite/inform their friends, neighbors, etc. to the Market as increased traffic benefits all involved. The Market Manager will promote the market, including the Business Sponsor, by advertising through social media, newspapers, handouts, and signage and will coordinate the event each week. Please feel free to promote your presence at our Market via social media and we will do the same.
What is included in my fee?
In addition to promotion of your business, the fee will reserve a space for the day requested/approved. A porta-pot will be provided on site and will be serviced regularly. Each vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, etc.
Market Location
Pataskala Farmers Market is located on Veterans Green, at the southwest corner of Main and Front Streets, 337 S Main Street, Pataskala, Ohio 43062. Your flexibility is greatly appreciated! It may be necessary for Business Sponsors to unload their wares and park their vehicle elsewhere for the duration of the Market.
Market Setup
Set up will begin at 2:30PM and must be complete no later than 4PM. Please check with the Market Manager in the Market Building upon arrival for your space assignment. Check-in needs to occur BEFORE you drive to your space.
The Market opens at 4PM each Friday, May 30 through August 29 (with the exception of Street Fair week, 8/15) rain or shine. There are to be no sales/distribution of literature or sponsorship items prior to 4pm!! This is to ensure all vendors have adequate time to set up properly and have the same advantage for sales/distribution. An audible signal will signify the 4PM opening time. The Market will close at 7PM. Vendors/Sponsors must remain fully set up until 7PM. This is to ensure all customers have adequate time to visit all vendors/sponsors at our Market. An audible signal will signify the 7PM closing time. We ask for the vendors’/sponsors’ help maintaining these guidelines. Failure to abide by these guidelines could result in removal from the Market with no refund of fees.
Cancelation
We understand that “life happens” and Sponsors cannot always stick to the schedule they committed to during the application process. Please be respectful of the planning process when considering a change in date. Because sponsorships may be limited, changes may not be able to be accommodated. If at any time you need to adjust your schedule, please reach out to the Market Manager to discuss options.
Card on File
You are required to keep a card on file to be charged for your sponsorship fees. Should your payment be declined, the Market Manager will try again for three consecutive days. At the end of three days, if your card is still declined, you will be charged an additional $25 processing fee.
