Active Seniors, ages 60 and up, will harvest vegetables from the C-TEC garden and prepare various healthy recipes in the kitchen under the direction of chefs and culinary instructors. Participants will enjoy their meal in the Cafe. Cookbooks will be provided that include event recipes, as well as breakfast, lunch, snack and dessert recipes.
