DESCRIPTION:The city of Pataskala Parks and Recreation Department would like to introduce an innovative and forward-thinking way to motivate residents of Pataskala of all demographics to participate in the community-wide initiative to be physically active and choose healthy lifestyle options. What makes this initiative different\, what makes this a "new" way to motivate residents\, because Parks and Rec is helping the whole person\, mind\, body & spirit\, by partnering with like-minded professionals. \n\n\n\nOur whole-person wellness programs will be offered to all residents of Pataskala and surrounding communities by offering various methods such as physical activity\, lifestyle changes and commitments \n\n\n\nFree fitness classes\, run and bike club being offered along with health talk by local health and fitness professionals. \nFeb. 27th event featuring Dr. Dey with Modern Elevation Dentistry. Topic: Oral Heath and Cardiovascular Disease. For those who attend this event on Feb. 27th will be entered into a drawing for a FREE rose gold electric toothbrush!\n\nDr. Danielle Dey is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After graduating from Ohio State\, Dr. Dey served as a captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.\n\nAfter her service to our country\, Dr. Dey returned to Ohio where she opened the first dental practice in Etna\, Ohio - Modern Elevations Dentistry. Dr. Dey founded her practice with a vision to provide the highest level of patient care in a state-of-the-art facility and convenient location. Modern Elevations celebrates its first anniversary on March 1\, 2019.\n\n\nIn addition to superior care\, Dr. Dey endeavors to educate her patients on their dental health. Dr. Dey is excited to use Wellness Wednesdays as a platform to expand this education beyond her existing patients and reach the community as a whole.
