Be creative!\n\n\n\nYou can donate a prize for the winning teams or other golf contests.\n\n\n\nYou can donate a door prize. Please include a business card & brochure.\n\n\n\nDonate items for the Golfer Gift Bags. These can be branded items. \n\nFor gift bags\, we are asking for 100 items.\n\n(Please have all donations to the Chamber by June 29th.)\n\n\n\n...and of course\, GOLF!\n\n\n\nMulligans ($5) & 50/50 Raffle ($5 for 10) are available for purchase day of the outing.\n\nAlso\, there will be games on the course Poker ($20)\, Dice game ($5 a roll)\, and Wheel of Fortune ($5 a spin).\n\nThere will be a Hole In One contest\, the longest drive men/women and closest to the pin (included).\n\n\n\nTeam Sign up Form\n\nClick here for full sponsorship form
