Hospice Foundation of America Living with Grief Program

FairHoPe Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. would like to invite our community friends to join us on Thur., May 11, 2017 at The Anita M. Turner Center on the campus of FairHoPe’s Pickering House for a great educational opportunity.  We are hosting the annual Hospice Foundation of America Living with Grief Program.  This year’s topic is “When Grief is Complicated.”  *See flyer for details.  Continuing education credits are available for many professionals.  Please join us and learn how to identify disabling grief reactions and when referrals to specially trained clinicians or professionals may be indicated and necessary. 
 
FairHoPe is hosting the event again this year.  We are proud to announce our FairHoPe local panel experts: Kermit Welty, Adult Grief Support Coordinator; Ernie Doling, Family Grief Support Navigator; and Kristin Glasure, Social Worker Manager.  They will be our featured speakers for the discussion portion of the conference.  It will be an informative, and compelling review of the best ways to assist those experiencing loss to face their grief.
